I do a lot of wear-testing for my job, so I've walked in almost everybody's shoes. Simple has a fun line called "EcoSneaks" for men and women. The uppers are made out of hemp, the lining is organic cotton, the soles are made out of used car and bicycle tires. And they're CUTE!
Keen has a few eco-friendly styles, too. I'm currently testing out the Ventura II. It looks like an old Keds canvas tennis shoe. I haven't studied the specs yet, but style-wise, they're cute and come in several fun colors. Mens sizes come in black, brown, and white.
Think! makes vegan shoes. They have so many fun styles -- and a contoured footbed (cork with leather insole). You can read reviews of these at fitnesstravelgear.com if you want more info.
